Fruit Growers Tasmania Membership
Fruit Growers Tasmania Inc (FGT) is the industry Association representing Tasmanian apple, pear and stonefruit growers and most recently Berry Growers. National affiliations include Apple & Pear Australia Ltd, Cherry Growers of Australia and Summerfruit Australia Ltd. FGT Executive and Council members represent the industry on a voluntary basis. These positions are for a two year term and are elected by grower members.The Association provides support in a range of areas for the industry, some of which are listed below -

- Market access issues
- Annual Stone fruit seminar and other various industry workshops and events

- Research & Development for the Tasmanian industry
