Registrations are now open for 2019/20 Australian export accreditation for Tasmanian apples, pears and cherries. Export accreditation is required for fruit growers and packers seeking to export fresh fruit to markets in mainland China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan and Thailand. FGT will be coordinating applications for cherry and pomefruit export accreditation in Tasmania on behalf of the Department of Agriculture. As part of this work, FGT hosted two export registration workshops in Launceston on 22 July 2019 and Hobart on 1 August 2019.
This year, FGT worked with our presenters to capture and share the presentations given by each speaker. These recordings include sound recordings of each speaker's presentation, as well as the slideshow or other visual materials used in each presentation. More materials will be uploaded here in the coming months. FGT members will be able to access and download full talks from each speaker so that they can re-listen to their favourite talks.
